Choose the option that suits you best. Memberships are ideal for regular visits and offer a set number of sessions each month, automatic monthly renewal and our best value per session. Session packages are a one-off purchase, giving you a fixed number of sessions to use over three months without an ongoing commitment.

Both memberships and packages can be used across eligible 55-minute and 75-minute Root Steady sauna sessions, with simple online booking and the freedom to choose the dates that suit you.
