Women’s Sauna Circle
A restorative sauna experience designed to give you time to slow down, breathe and reset.
A women’s circle is a safe, intentional gathering where women sit together to share, listen, and support one another without judgment. It is a lovely opportunity to drop all the burdens of life and take out some
time for yourself. There is often a theme such as Gratitude or seasonal themes.
The session will include
Sauna and dipping
Intentional conversation
Quiet reflection time
Guided relaxation
Simple ritual
Herbal tea to finish
Please bring a towel to sit on and your water

The women’s circle will be hosted by Marneta Viegas who has over 30 years experience in the wellbeing space. Marneta runs self-care and relaxation retreats as well as forest bathing, mindful movement and relaxation sessions.
