Under the light of each full moon, we gather to slow down, let go of what no longer serves us, and reconnect with heat, heart and nature.

A monthly ritual to pause, reflect and reset as we move through the changing seasons and cycles of the moon.

Expect a minimum of three guided sauna rounds led by Steve, inspired by the Finnish Aufguss ritual. Each round has its own tone and intention, with carefully timed towel movements, aromatic infusions and a shared sense of ceremony. The experience may also include salt scrubs, leaf whisking, and space and time to be still, reflect and connect.

Please bring two towels and a water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes before the start.
